Shri Salasar Developers ERP is a private business management application developed for internal business operations, including project management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, employee management, inventory, GRN, payroll, attendance, rental management, payment challans, petty cash, approvals, reports, and notifications.

The app may collect and store the following information based on user role and module usage:
- Name, email address, phone number, role, and login details
- Employee details such as designation, salary, joining date, attendance, bank details, PAN, Aadhaar, and documents submitted for onboarding
- Vendor details such as business name, GSTIN, PAN, contact details, bank details, address, and uploaded documents
- Tenant and rental-related details where applicable
- Project, site, purchase, inventory, GRN, payroll, petty cash, and payment challan data
- Location data for attendance verification, where enabled
- Uploaded files such as photos, identity documents, bills, receipts, agreements, and supporting documents
3. How We Use Information
Collected information is used only for legitimate business and ERP operational purposes, including:
- User authentication and role-based access
- Managing projects, sites, vendors, employees, tenants, payroll, attendance, purchase orders, GRN, and approvals
- Generating reports, documents, salary records, challans, and business summaries

4. Authentication and Access Control
Access to the ERP is restricted to authorized users. Users may access features based on their assigned roles such as Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff, or other business-defined roles. Unauthorized access is not permitted.

The app uses Firebase and related cloud services to store application data securely. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.
6. Location Information
The app may use location information for attendance or site verification features. Location data is collected only when required for such business functionality and is stored for attendance and verification records.
7. Files and Document Uploads
Users may upload documents such as identity proofs, vendor documents, employee onboarding documents, rental agreements, bills, receipts, or other supporting files. These files are used only for business verification, approvals, and record keeping.

- Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage
- Google services used for app functionality
- Verification service providers such as Surepass, where configured
